Additionally included in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
